03. Advanced Processing Technology

Liquid-nitrogen flash freezing and Individual Quick Freezing—IQF—are used together to help preserve the durian’s natural flavour, texture and overall quality.

04. Precision Testing

Digital equipment is used to measure Brix levels. Information is recorded for every production batch, enabling full traceability throughout the process.

05. Uninterrupted Cold Chain

Temperature is carefully controlled throughout processing, storage and transportation to maintain consistent product quality.
