ietnam is emerging as one of the world’s leading durian-exporting countries. However, as international markets impose increasingly stringent requirements for product quality, traceability, post-harvest preservation and delivery capacity, competitive advantage is no longer determined by raw-material resources alone. It increasingly depends on the ability to complete and strengthen the entire value chain, from cultivation and processing to export.
For Vietnam’s durian sector to grow sustainably, businesses need more than a factory. What they require is an integrated infrastructure ecosystem where raw-material regions, processing facilities, logistics and supporting services are efficiently connected. Such an ecosystem can help optimise operating costs and strengthen competitiveness in international markets.
This is also the development direction of Phu Xuan Industrial Park (EZ.PARK Dak Lak I).
Planned across an area of 313 hectares in Dak Lak Province, Phu Xuan Industrial Park (EZ.PARK Dak Lak I) aims to become a major centre for agricultural and forestry product processing and green industry in Vietnam’s Central Highlands. The project is designed to serve businesses engaged in agricultural sourcing, advanced processing, preservation and export.
Located in the heart of one of the Central Highlands’ largest agricultural production regions, the industrial park benefits from convenient access to National Highway 14 and major interregional transport routes. This location helps shorten the distance between farms, factories, logistics centres and export gateways.
Such connectivity is particularly important for improving supply-chain efficiency and reducing costs as competition within the agricultural sector continues to intensify.

Alongside its strategic location, Phu Xuan Industrial Park (EZ.PARK Dak Lak I) is being developed with integrated technical infrastructure, including a stable electricity supply, high-speed telecommunications, clean-water systems, centralised wastewater treatment, modern internal roads and ESG-oriented development solutions.
These facilities contribute to creating a green, efficient and sustainable production environment for investors.
EZ.PARK’s One-Stop Service model also supports investors throughout the project development process, from consultation and legal procedures to construction and operational implementation. This approach helps businesses shorten investment timelines and bring their factories into operation more quickly.

Through its participation in the 2nd Asia Durian Conference, Phu Xuan Industrial Park (EZ.PARK Dak Lak I) seeks to connect with businesses involved in the sourcing, processing and export of Vietnamese durian and other agricultural products.
The project also aims to share its vision for developing an industrial park closely linked to a modern agricultural value chain—where industrial infrastructure supports production while helping generate greater added value for the wider sector.
Guided by the philosophy “Think Easy Do Better”, EZ.PARK Dak Lak I aims to become a preferred investment destination for agricultural processing businesses. The project is expected to contribute to strengthening Vietnam’s durian value chain, advancing green industrial development and creating new momentum for economic growth in the Central Highlands.
